The Planning screen is your workbench inside Proxuma for your planned tasks and tickets. This screen provides every tool you need to create a task or ticket. You can also filter and manage every scheduled task or ticket created in Proxuma.

The Planning screen is composed of the following elements and sections:
a. Filter
b. Calendar view range
c. Week view (last, today, next)

e. Planning screen view (day, week, month, year)

🪣Plan bucket
You can view all your plan items inside the Plan bucket. Navigating this area will give you the list of your plan items, ready to be added to the Planning Screen. Aside from the different plan items you can view, they can also be filtered out to find the specific plan items you want to work with.
Here's how to view all your plan items:
1. From the planning screen, click Plan bucket.🪣
From here, the system gives you quick information on how many items are already created.📊
2. A plan bucket item will automatically be positioned first in the list once a task or ticket is created.🔝
3. Click the Settings icon if you want to display or hide the details you need for each task or ticket in the list.⚙️

4. To search for a plan item, use the search box.🔍

📝Create task or ticket
Creating a Task or Ticket in Proxuma is straightforward. Choose whether you need to create a task or ticket, then complete the setup wizard.
Here's how to create a task or ticket:
1. From the planning screen, click the + New button.➕
2. Select whether you need to create a task or ticket.🎫
3. Complete all the required fields (red asterisk) in the setup wizard.🌟
4. Once all required fields are filled out, click the Create button.🚀

🛠️Create a service call for a task
A service call is automatically created once a plan item is dragged towards the planning screen.
Here's how to create a service call for a task:
1. Once a task is created, it will be added to your Plan bucket list.📝
2. Inside the plan bucket, drag a task item towards the Planning Screen.🔄
3. Perform any necessary updates. If you don't have any, click Add to planner. ➕

🎫Create a service call for a ticket
A service call is automatically created once a plan item is dragged towards the planning screen. Remember that Proxuma has a color code for each item. Red is for tasks, purple is for tickets, and yellow for Outlook appointments.
Here's how to create a service call for a ticket:
1. Once a ticket is created, it will be added to your Plan bucket list.🎫
2. Inside your Plan bucket, drag a task item towards the Planning Screen.📅
3. Perform any necessary updates. If you don't have any, click Add to planner. 🛠️

🔍Filter plan bucket items
It can be time-consuming to manually search for a particular task or ticket. Using the different filters provided, you can view a sorted display of your plan items based on the filters you've set.
Here's how to filter the Plan bucket:
1. In the Planning screen, click Plan bucket.📅
2. To start filtering the items in the list, click Filter.🔍
3. Select a filter option from the list.📎
For this example, we have picked the Resources filter.🛠️
5. Click the Resources filter and select the resource(s) you want to filter out.🔧
💡Note: Resources with a lock icon beside their name do not have licenses. You can set the licensing of each resource in the Users module.
6. To add more filters, repeat step 2.🔁
7. Add more filters based on your requirements.🔍
8. You can also use the Type filter to sort the plan items based on their type.📑
9. Next, sort the Ticket/Task status by choosing the status from the list.📊
10. To sort the list's order based on its Due Date, Company, and Status, use the Sort By filter.🏢
11. To reset the filters, click Clear filters.🚫
💾Save layout and filters
You can save the layout and filters of your Planning Screen by clicking the Select View button. With this feature, your current layout and filters will be intact even if you log out Proxuma from your computer.
You can save various layouts and they can be instantly changed based on the layout you want to use.
Here's how to do it:
1. Set your Planning Screen layout.🖥️

2. Next, to add filters, click the Filter button and select the filters you need.🔖

3. Once done, click the Select View button.💾

4. Click Save New.💾
5. Type the name of your layout and click Save new view.💾
6. If you want to access your layout, go back to the Saved View list again and select the view you created earlier.📋

7. If you need to edit the view's name, click the pencil icon and type its new name.
8. Click the Save new view button.
