๐Accessing created tasks and tickets from the plan bucket
You always have the option to view a created Task or Ticket directly in Autotask from the Plan Bucket. Once you are redirected to Autotask, you will see the complete details of the task item, allowing you to edit its details inside Autotask.
Here's how you can do it:
1. Go to the Planning screen.๐
2. Click Plan bucket.๐ชฃ
3. All tasks and tickets that aren't yet planned will be listed in the Plan Bucket.๐ซ
๐กPro tip: Use the search box to find a task or ticket quickly. Once displayed on the list, click the task title to access it in Autotask.
4. This process will redirect you to the created task item in Autotask.๐
From this window, you have the option to view a more detailed information about the task. If you need to edit the item, you can do that process here as well.๐
5. To access the full details of the project, click the project's name listed in the To Plan item.๐

6. You'll now see the full details of the project in Autotask.๐

Use Proxuma to quickly view a particular service item in Autotask with just a single click.
To view a service item directly in Autotask, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Planning screen.๐
2. Click the service call that you want to access.๐
3. Click the task title to view the task item in Autotask.๐
๐กPro tip: You can also click the task or ticket item's name directly from the Planning screen to open the item in Autotask.
4. You'll be redirected to Autotask's Service Call page, displaying the task or ticket item created using Proxuma.๐
5. To view the company's information in Autotask, click this link.
6. This will open up a new tab in your browser with the company's information in Autotask.๐
7. If you need to view the project's name, click the Expand icon.๐
8. Click the project's name.๐
9. This will redirect you to the project's details in Autotask.ย ๐
