What are the different filters that I can use on the Planning Screen?

You can use the following filters on the Planning Screen:
- Resources: Select this filter to display all the plan items assigned to your chosen resource.🔍
- Department: This filter will display the plan items and resources associated with your chosen departments.📊
- Company: Use this filter to display the plan items associated with the selected company.💼
- Project: This filter will show the plan items associated with the selected project.📋
- Role: Only plan items assigned to resources with the selected role will be displayed once this filter is active.👤
- Queues: Filter the plan items by queues of the service call's related task or ticket, showing only plan items associated with the selected queues.🎫
- Type: Filter plan items by type of the service call if it's a task or ticket.📑
- Service Call status: Filter the plan items associated with the Service Call you've picked.📞
- Skills: Filter by skills, showing only the resources and the selected skills associated with the plan items.🛠️
- Line of business: Filter plan items by their line of business, displaying only the resource and plan items associated with the selected line of business.📈
📝Note: Currently, this will only filter the resources on the Planning Screen. We are currently working on the filter's functionality to cover more entities such as tickets, projects, and contracts.
