What is the Plan bucket's function and what can you see and do?

You will find all created tasks and tickets inside your Plan bucket. By default, once you make a task or ticket, it will be listed at the top. This list can be dragged towards the Planning Screen to convert it to a Service Call.🎫

Here are the functions and sections you'll find in the Plan bucket.

Sorting:

You can sort the Plan bucket list using the following sorting type:

• Due date (ascending or descending): Sort all the records by the due date.📅
• Company (ascending or descending): Sort all the records by company name.🏢
• Status (ascending or descending): Sort all records by status.🔄

Search box:

Use the Search box to find a task or ticket item quickly. The list will instantly update based on the keyword that you'll type.📝

Plan bucket items:

The task is color-coded based on the item's type. By default, the list is color-coded to red (for tasks), purple (for tickets), and green (service calls).🟥🟣🟢

Each item will also display the following details:

• Type🖊️
• Status🟢🔴🟠
  
• Description📝
• Start date, End date, and Estimated hours (if available)📅
• Company name or project (if available)🏢
• Primary and secondary resource names (if available)👥
• Related tasks or tickets (for service calls)🔗

Dragging a task or ticket item toward the Planning Screen will immediately convert it into a Service Call. You can choose which resource you will be assigning the item. It can also be reassigned to other resources if you need to.👤

Clicking the item's title will redirect you to the task, ticket, or service call in Autotask.📑

If you need to see the task or ticket detail page in Autotask, click the task or ticket number.📑

📝Note: The capacity for each resource depends on the set hourly daily availability for each resource. This guide will help you change their hourly daily availability if needed.🛠️
