Projects dashboard

You will view all projects for each company you work with within the Project screen. Each item is listed and grouped according to the company to which the item is linked.

To access this section, click Projects from the main menu.📂

Click the Expand icon to view the associated projects of the company you need to see.🔍

Once the company is expanded, you will see the list of projects that belong to it. You will also see the service calls added to their corresponding date and time.📅

You can use the date filter to view all projects based on the date range you've set.📅

Use these buttons to move the screen's date view forward or backward, and if you want to view the current date, click To Today.⏩⏪

Jump over the View Settings to customize both the project's screen column and row display.🛠️

Similar to the Planning Screen View Settings, you can customize the details displayed on the service call items. Furthermore, you can display or hide a column on the screen.🖥️

In this first section, you can display or hide Service Calls or Summary Events. Remember to click the Save changes button to apply the settings you've made.💾

The other options that you can set are the Hours per column and range of days that you want to display for the Projects screen. Again, always click the Save changes button to apply your settings.💾
