Billing and subscription

The Billing and Subscription tab is divided into three sections:

• Invoice
• Payment
• Subscription

All your payment transactions and the plan you've subscribed to Proxuma can be seen here.

• Invoice overview
• Payment details
• Subscription details

All invoices that Proxuma generates can be found here. The list provides a quick overview of each invoice.

There are different tools that you can use here, such as:

• Searching a specific invoice that you need to review
• Sorting the list according to year
• View invoices that are Paid, Open, or Voided

Aside from the tools mentioned, the invoice section lets you download a PDF copy of the invoice, which you can find in the Action column.

You can view the credit card details used to pay your account. If you need to update your payment details, complete all the fields in this section and click Update.🔄

The Subscription section displays the plan you're currently enrolled in. These plans can be Month to Month, 12 Month Commitment, or 36 Month Commitment.
